Safety instructions for laser machines

The laser is not visible light. If you open the hood for maintenance, you must pay attention to it. Try to put the fire extinguisher within easy reach, do not put paper, cloth or other flammable materials around the unprotected laser beam.

Do not process a material before it is clear whether it can be processed by laser to avoid the potential hazards of smoke or steam.

Keep the working environment dry and tidy. A messy environment can easily lead to accidents. Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the dust in the distribution box regularly to prevent short circuits due to wet weather. The machine needs to be grounded.

When the equipment is turned on, the operator shall not leave the post or take care of it without authorization. If you need to leave, stop or cut off the power supply.

The harmful element (Zn, Se) in the focusing lens of the laser cutting machine should not be in frequent contact with the lens, and the scrapped lens should be specially treated and not littered.
