Common faults of CO2 laser tube

The laser cannot penetrate the material :

1. Cannot penetrate in the beginning: First check whether the supporting point of the laser tube is reasonable, whether the laser power is set too small, whether the optical path is offset, whether the focal length is correct, whether there are scratches and dirt on the surface of the lens, and whether the flow and pressure of the cooling water is normal. If the above items are no problem, check whether the lens in the laser tube's light exit port has scratches and dirt. If it is normal, then it is the quality of the laser tube itself.

2. Cannot penetrate after working for a while: Check whether the temperature of the cooling water exceeds 30 ℃, whether the lens heats up when working, whether the flow and pressure of the cooling water are normal, and whether the cooling water is clean.

High voltage ignition and discharge :

Check whether there is dirt and moisture around the high-voltage head, whether it is too close to the metal part of the machine, whether the laser power supply high-voltage connection device has fallen from the support, and whether the internal high-voltage connection device is broken or damaged.

Water-cooled head falls off :

1. The cooling water in cold areas must not freeze, especially after the laser is shut down, the cooling water must not be stored in the laser tube. 

2. Check whether it is working under the control of water protection.

3. Check whether the water pipes in the waterway are knotted or folded.

4. Check whether there are bubbles in the laser tube.
